Article 2.2: Managing Blog Posts — Lists, Search, Organization

Learn how to find, filter, and organize your blog posts using Blogsitefy’s Posts dashboard, including drafts, scheduled posts, and bulk publishing tools.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Find the Posts Page and Tabs

Go to your Blogsitefy Dashboard.

Click “Posts” on the left panel to open your posts page.

Then you’ll see tabs labeled:

  • General: Shows all your posts together.
  • Draft: Displays posts you started but haven’t shared yet.
  • Scheduled: Lists posts set to publish later.
  • Bulk Publish: Lets you publish several posts at once.

Click each tab to explore what’s inside.

Step 2: Search & Filter Posts

To find a post fast, use the Search bar — which says "Type & Press Enter to Search" at the top-right corner of the page.

Type a word from your post (like how to monetize) and matching results appear instantly.

Step 3: Post List View — See All Your Posts

Posts appear in a card grid layout or list view (like a table of rows).

Card Grid layout view

Each view shows important info such as:

  • Title
  • Date
  • Slug
  • Author

List view

While on the card grid layout view each post has small action buttons:

  • Star: Add to Featured posts
  • ♻️ Sync: Sync from Google Docs
  • 🗑️ Delete: Remove a post (you’ll get a Delete Post confirmation prompt)
  • ↗️ View Post: View the published post entirely

Step 4: Managing Drafts & Publishing Posts

Posts under the Draft tab aren’t live yet.

Click a draft’s Title to finish writing.

When ready, click Publish or Schedule — your post will appear on your blog.

Step 5: Scheduling Workflow — Set Future Dates

To schedule a post for later, click the ‘Clock’ button in the upper right corner while in the Post Editor.

Select the date and time when you want your post to go live (for example, tomorrow at 9:00 AM).

Scheduled posts will appear in the Scheduled tab, so you can easily review or reschedule them.

Step 6: Bulk Operations — Do More, Faster

In the Bulk Publish tab, you can manage multiple posts at once.

Click on "View Sample" to download a sample spreadsheet. Make sure your own spreadsheet headers match those in the provided sample. This ensures your data will upload correctly.

Paste your public Google Sheets URL in the provided field (for example, the format should look like https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/.../edit?usp=sharing).

Make sure your Google Sheet is set to "Anyone with the link can view" so it can be accessed.

After pasting the link, proceed by clicking "Next".

This allows the Blogsitefy to fetch your spreadsheet and prepare your posts for bulk publishing. If needed, use the "Previous" button to return to the earlier step.
