- Change the avatar (profile photo) by uploading a picture so it appears on the author's content.

- YouTube
- TikTok
- Global

Click the trash icon (beside the pencil icon) to delete the author. - Save changes when finished!
This helps readers learn about each author and shows their photo next to their posts.

Step 4: Assigning Authors to Posts
When creating or editing a blog post, look for the Author section in the post settings panel on the right.
- Select the author’s name from the dropdown list under "Author".
- Click Publish or Update to apply — now readers will see which author wrote the post.

Step 5: Author Hierarchy, Main Author, and Best Practices
Main author:
The first author listed for a post is considered the main author. In Blogsitefy, the main author’s name and photo appear first, with contributors listed after.
If you need a hierarchy:
- Assign a main or lead author for important posts.
Best Practices:
- Give everyone a clear role: Assign each person as main author, contributor, or other, so their responsibility is clear.
- Use real names and unique photos: This helps readers recognize who wrote what.
- Keep team info up to date: Update each author's info and roles when your team changes.
This ensures proper credit, better recognition, and a professional look for your blog posts.

Tip
Authors make your blog more interesting and trusted.
Encourage everyone to keep their profiles updated with a friendly picture and a few words about themselves!
